Been wanting to visit here for a while because I’ve seen a lot of Asian menus there that I have been craving.
I ordered the zucchini fritters. For me, there was way too much flour that I felt like it was just fried batter, but the sides were delicious (mushrooms, potato hash, egg).
My boyfriend ordered the Malaysian Nasi Lemak. This was a disappointment. Dirst, there was no sambal (like HOW?!). The most trivial thing, though, was that the chicken was completely raw inside (like red and clearly uncooked). When we called the waitress over to ask if they could cook it further, she tried to argue with us that it had already been “properly cooked” in the kitchen. Took a while and a bit of argument for her to realize that the chicken was really uncooked. They then gave us a new piece of fried chicken and a choice of complimentary appetizer. We got the takoyaki—this one I really liked and didn’t have anything to complain about, so you better get that if you do visit.
